Great fun, technical coaching. Enjoyed the drills especially with the coach feeding. Lots of tennis and different methods used to improve game and playing doubles. Very enjoyable and well organised week thank you.

Paloma Beach was a great location right on the sea with excellent and well appointed tennis courts, super coaching team who worked really hard to ensure everyone had a great time and that they clients really integrated . The result was a week of lots of top tips , great play and fun in the sun. Jolly good fun and the training well executed with the training points kept to a reasonable number and repeated regularly to ensure a high retention level. Perfect for average social doubles club players like me with bad habits.

It was huge fun and we enjoyed it all: excellent hospitality, good range of coaches, excellent facilities and Josh was a professional leader of the team; wonderful mixture of other convivial guests and really had a fun time watching the coaches play their matches.

Neither my partner or I had been on a tennis holiday before . I was a little concerned over my standard of tennis and fitting in ..The format worked well to integrate diverse levels with good social interaction.The hosts led by Josh were outstanding and my understanding of doubles tennis tactics has moved from non-existent to advanced ! Just need to work on my tennis abilities now .The chosen venue was also excellent. In a large group the all inclusive format works well . Not a hint of Club Med about it .

Five stars to the Active Away team for an amazing tennis holiday at Paloma Orenda in Turkey last week. The coaching was professionally delivered to small groups of 6 people of similar standard in the morning followed by social play in the afternoons. The all inclusive resort was easy to navigate and had very comfortable accommodation. The coaches were very approachable and fun to be with. Thanks for a wonderful week.

I could not have asked for more from this holiday. Josh, Mike, and Sam were great hosts. They were full of energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge and made each coaching fun. I learnt loads, made friends, and simply had a fantastic time.

A group of us from our tennis club travelled together for our first tennis holiday. We weren’t sure what to expect and it sounded like a lot of tennis to be played each day. However, it was extremely well organised and structured so that it was fun and manageable, with time to relax also. The host Josh, was exceptional from start to finish. He knew when we were arriving and leaving and kept us up to date throughout the holiday. He was very professional and his enthusiasm was infectious. We all learnt a lot and had fun in the process. A huge thank you for such a fabulous holiday. We will have great memories from our time away.

This was my first active away holiday. The resort was beautiful and so quiet, everything was close by, you could do as much or as little as you wanted, it was wonderful. The whole holiday was well run, communication was excellent. I really enjoyed the tennis coaching. The coaching covered a broad spectrum of topics with plenty of room for differentiation and most importantly it was great fun. I thought it was excellent, a very enjoyable week. This is my first tennis holiday and I was pleasantly surprised by how professional the coaching team is. We played about 4-5 hours of tennis a day which is probably the right amount. The coaching included a lot of tips about playing doubles, which I find very useful. The ActiveAway programme is very well structured and I feel most of the tips they gave are doable and can be put into practice. We were put into different smaller groups every morning and afternoon and we have the chance to play with different people. This has helped us to gel with each other more easily. We enjoyed each other’s company even outside the court and had so much fun. The hotel was very well chosen. We stayed at a relatively new 5* resort hotel - Paloma Orenda. Overall my experience is very good. This is a hotel with a lot of outdoor space including a private beach and several large swimming pools, lots of trees and greens, nice food, very helpful staff, good selection of a la carte restaurants, etc. etc. The only little complaint I have is there seems to be a design fault with the shower door as it always leaks. Overall, this is a great tennis holiday and I would like to express my sincere thanks to the super friendly and professional coaches Josh, Matt, Adam and Owen for making this holiday so special and fun! Well done and I look forward to the next one.

If there is a better way to improve your tennis in an incredible location with such excellent coaches, and having so much fun on and off the courts, I’ve yet to find it. This resort was a brilliant addition to those on offer.

This was my 2nd ActiveAway trip and I was pleasantly surprised how different the programme was (at least to me) to my last holiday. Tennis is forever a work in progress and it is encouraging that AA continue to collaborate with those in the know to develop the coaching side. As for the coaches, each brought their know-how and also positivity to their coaching both on and off court. I was certainly engaged and motivated throughout.

Overall an amazing holiday! From the very start the experience was amazing, effective and easy booking process and great communication. We felt like we were in safe hands the whole time. The coaching went above and beyond my expectations, the hotel was amazing, accommodation, facilities, food and drink all truly 5*, the group was so friendly and coaches were great hosts. It has encouraged me to play more tennis so when I return next year I might just be able to win one of them water bottles. Amazing five star holiday. I went as a solo traveller and slightly hesitant, as I'm improver standard rather than a top notch tennis player, but I needn't have worried, It was a brilliant holiday (Paloma Orenda, Turkey), a fabulous bunch of people, with supportive coaches and a great sense of fun, everyone was welcoming to the lone travellers in the group, which made it feel very special. The coaching was excellent, my tennis improved immensely over the week and I went home happy and exhausted. Thank you Active Away, it won't be long before I book my next holiday with you.

Just returned to Munich after my second Activeaway Tennis holiday to Turkey. This time to Antalya at the Palma Orenda resort. The week was brilliant. Our host Joshua is a very fine teacher, a great player and a tremendous people person. His coaching is first class. His wing man Alex is also a lovely bloke who combines with Joshua to provide for an outstanding experience on and off the court. The exhibition match was also thrilling! I will book again for another holiday in 2023, maybe to Spain or Greece. Bravo Activeaway!

We went to Paloma Orenda in Turkey in April, a brilliant all inclusive hotel that has great courts, food, drinks and loads of facilities all within a short distance of each other. The coaching was top class - they really know what is needed to help any standard of player to get something out of the week. The social side is what makes it extra special too - whether you’re a solo traveller or coming with a group, everyone mixes with each other on the courts as well as at meal times and in the evenings.
