Barcelona Padel Holiday

Welcome to Barcelona. Over the next four days, you will spend 12.5 hours on court, working through Louie Harris programme themes on four allocated outdoor courts with a 1:4 coaching ratio.

Your base for three nights is the four-star AC Hotel Victoria Suites by Marriott in Les Corts. Check-in begins at 15:00, although early room access cannot be guaranteed. If your room is not ready, the hotel can store your luggage while you prepare for padel.

15:25: Meet in the hotel lobby and walk to Club Esportiu Laietà

Join your host and the group for the 20 to 25 minute walk, arriving with time to get ready before the opening session. During the walk we will explain how the trip will work.

16:00 to 18:00: The Art of the Approach

The weekend begins with the move from the back of the court towards the net. You will explore when to go forwards, how to travel as a pair and what to do with the next ball once you arrive.

Back at the hotel, the first organised dinner is at Santa Clara Restaurant. Food and drinks are paid locally and are not included.

Start Friday with your included breakfast at the hotel, ready for a day that moves from defence to matchplay.

Join your host and the group for the 20 to 25 minute walk, arriving with time to prepare before the morning session.

10:00 to 12:00: Masterglass

The back glass becomes part of your game rather than something to fear. You will work on positioning, control and reading the ball, building the confidence to stay in the rally when play reaches the back of the court.

Lunch is available at the club and paid locally, with a break before the afternoon challenge.

14:30 to 16:00: Net Ninjas vs Lob Lords

Can the Net Ninjas hold their ground, or will the Lob Lords send them back? This matchplay session lets you test both sides of one of padel's defining battles: controlling the net and using the lob to take it away.

Friday evening brings everyone together at Central Park BCN. The reservation is organised for the group, while food and drinks are paid locally.

Saturday turns attention to creating pressure, then rewinds to the opening moments of every rally.

10:00 to 12:00: Attackers Advantage

Learn to spot the change from defence to attack and move with your partner when the chance arrives. Shot choice, positioning and movement as a pair all come into play as you look to turn an opening into control of the point.

Lunch is available at Club Esportiu Laietà and paid locally, followed by time to recharge before the final coaching block.

14:30 to 16:30: The Importance of the First Three Shots

Serve, return and third shot set the direction of the rally. This session looks at the choices behind each one, where both partners move next and how a strong opening can change everything that follows.

The final organised dinner is at Leña by Dani García. Food and drinks are paid locally, leaving you free to order whatever appeals on your last evening in Barcelona.

Sunday brings the weekend together through friendly competition and a final morning on court.

Breakfast is included at the hotel. Before leaving, check out and store your luggage at reception, ready to collect when the group returns.

Once everyone has checked out and stored their luggage, walk with your host and the group for 20 to 25 minutes to the club.

09:00 to 12:00: Active Away Cup and presentation

The Active Away Cup is your chance to bring the week's ideas into live points. Use the glass, compete for the net, choose the right moment to attack and give your first three shots a clear role. Expect friendly rivalry, different partners and plenty of encouragement from around the courts.

The presentation follows within the same court block, closing the programme and celebrating the morning's play.

Afterwards, walk back to the hotel and collect your luggage before continuing with your own departure arrangements.
