Build a more reliable rally by preparing earlier, tracking the ball more effectively and adapting to its height and speed. You will also use Zones 1, 2 and 3 to improve anticipation and decision-making.

Improve your doubles positioning before putting the ideas into practice in a competitive Beat the Coach challenge.

Progress from touch to push to hit, building feel, control and accuracy. You will then use Spanish Drills to sharpen movement, footwork, recovery and court positioning.

Learn how to attack a weak second serve, choose when to drop or drive, track lobs and recover as a team before moving into attacking positions.

Work on split-step timing, reactions at the net and consistent baseline play. You will learn how to reduce errors, use your strengths and stay assertive in rallies.

Develop volley height, direction and positioning through the Four Quadrants, then learn how to work as a more resilient team at the net.

Learn how to disrupt opposing teams with well-timed fakes, poaches and coordinated return-and-volley movement, helping you apply more pressure and take control at the net.
