Welcome to Cyprus. You can arrive at Aphrodite Hills at the time that suits your travel arrangements. Flights and transfers are not included, although an airport transfer can be added through Active Away at an extra cost.

After checking in to the 5-star Aphrodite Hills Hotel, settle into your room and explore the resort. Active Away guests stay in the main hotel rather than the separate apartments, placing the group close to Eleonas, the pools and the organised dining arrangements.

Your host will use the participant WhatsApp group to share practical arrival information and details of the first group meeting. Dinner is available under the hotel's all-inclusive arrangements, subject to your arrival time and the current restaurant service.

For late arrivals, food options are available at Fig & Olive until midnight. The hotel will also provide a cold plate in your room if you arrive after the main dinner service. You do not need to eat at the airport before travelling to Aphrodite Hills. Please share your expected arrival time with Active Away so the necessary arrangements can be made.

Start with breakfast at Eleonas before meeting the Active Away team for your welcome. You will meet the coaches, get to know the group and receive the practical information you need for the week.

From 10:00 to 12:00, the first Louie Harris coaching session is The Art of the Approach. You will explore the lob, chiquita and passing shots, learning how to move forwards with purpose rather than simply rushing towards the net.

Afternoon times depend on the departure season. On the March and May trips, the show-court masterclass runs from 16:30 to 17:00, followed by match play from 17:00 to 19:00. On the October trip, the masterclass runs from 15:30 to 16:00, followed by match play from 16:00 to 18:00.

The match-play theme is Fiesta del Padel, a sociable start to the week that helps you play with different people and apply the morning's ideas. Breakfast, lunch and the organised group dinner are planned at Eleonas.

After breakfast at Eleonas, return to the courts from 10:00 to 12:00. The Master Glass focuses on defending with the side glass, back glass and double glass, helping you become calmer and more effective when opponents push you towards the back of the court.

On the March and May departures, the Building Successful Partnerships masterclass runs from 16:30 to 17:00, followed by match play from 17:00 to 19:00. On the October departure, the masterclass runs from 15:30 to 16:00, followed by match play from 16:00 to 18:00.

The afternoon theme is Net Ninjas vs Lob Lords. You will explore the contest between teams trying to control the net and players using height and placement to recover position.

Breakfast and lunch are planned at Eleonas. Monday's included à la carte group dinner is at Fig & Olive, using the individual choices submitted through the pre-order form once you are in resort.

Tuesday begins with the Technical Tune-Up masterclass from 09:30 to 10:00. This practical session addresses common habits, gives you an opportunity to ask questions and prepares you for the morning's technical work.

Coaching runs from 10:00 to 12:00. The Aggressor's Advantage covers the smash, bandeja and volleys, with an emphasis on choosing the right attacking option rather than trying to finish every point immediately.

Match play runs from 17:00 to 19:00 on the March and May departures, and from 16:00 to 18:00 in October. Mexicano Missions uses rotating partners and conditioned points, encouraging you to apply specific ideas while adapting to different teammates and opponents.

Breakfast, lunch and the organised group dinner are planned at Eleonas.

Today is free from organised padel, giving your body and mind time to recover. Stay at the resort for the pools, Retreat Spa and other available facilities, or arrange a round on the 18-hole PGA National Cyprus golf course.

If you would like to explore independently, Kouklia, Pissouri and other parts of the Paphos region are options. Your host can offer practical suggestions, but no excursion, transport, golf, spa treatment or admission is included unless specifically confirmed.

The hotel's all-inclusive dining remains available. There is no organised group dinner this evening, so you are free to make your own plans. Additional restaurant reservations are subject to availability and may carry an extra charge.

If you would like a beach day, remember that Aphrodite Hills Hotel is not beachfront. Any beach visit requires separate travel and should be arranged independently. No beach transport, admission or facilities are included by Active Away unless specifically confirmed.

After breakfast at Eleonas, coaching runs from 10:00 to 12:00. Starting Strong: The First 3 Shots focuses on the serve, return and third-shot decision. You will look at how early choices shape the point and how to create a clear plan with your partner.

On the March and May departures, the Talking Tactics masterclass runs from 16:30 to 17:00, followed by match play from 17:00 to 19:00. On the October departure, the masterclass runs from 15:30 to 16:00, followed by match play from 16:00 to 18:00.

Playing with Purpose brings the tactical ideas onto court through structured points and rotating partners. The aim is to recognise patterns, communicate clearly and make decisions for a reason.

Breakfast and lunch are planned at Eleonas. Thursday's included à la carte group dinner is at Pithari Tavern, using the individual choices submitted through the pre-order form once you are in resort.

Your final playing day begins with the Active Away Cup from 09:00 to 13:00, using all three padel courts. It is your opportunity to put the week's coaching into practice in a friendly competition, supported by the coaching team.

These four hours complete the 22-hour Louie Harris programme. After lunch, take time to relax before returning to the show court for the coaches' exhibition and end-of-week presentation, which are additional to the 22 programme hours.

The exhibition is scheduled from 17:00 to 18:00 on the March and May departures and from 16:00 to 17:00 on the October departure. Your host will confirm the exact arrangements for your event.

Enjoy a final breakfast at Eleonas before checking out and beginning your journey home. Your host will confirm any relevant meeting details for guests using an Active Away transfer add-on.

Airport transfers are not included as standard, so follow the arrangements shown on your own transport confirmation. Paphos Airport is approximately 25 minutes from Aphrodite Hills in normal conditions, but traffic and routing vary and you should allow time appropriate to your flight.
