Put your Doubles DNA into action in a competitive Beat the Coach challenge. Test your positioning and teamwork against the coach, make decisions under pressure and discover which habits help you win more points as a pair.

Lunch and drinks are not included. You can buy food and drink in the Clubroom or bring a packed lunch. Ask the Clubroom team about current choices and dietary or allergen requirements, and ask your Active Away host where brought-in food may be eaten.

Progress from touch to push to hit, developing the feel and control to change pace while keeping your doubles rally purposeful.

Prepare for Doubles Disruption with a focused warm up that gets you communicating, moving as a pair and looking for opportunities to influence the rally.

Use Spanish Drills to sharpen your footwork, recovery and court positioning, helping you stay balanced and ready to support your partner.

Practise the fake and poach during a rally. Learn how purposeful movement can unsettle your opponents, create uncertainty and give your team more chances to intercept.

Recognise and attack a weak second serve, then move into an effective doubles position that keeps pressure on the serving team.
