Faro Airport is approximately 25 km from Hyatt Regency Vilamoura Algarve. The drive usually takes around 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

We recommend choosing a flight that lands at Faro Airport before 13:00 on Day 1. Hotel check-in starts at 15:00, our welcome takes place from 16:30 to 17:00, and your first coaching session runs from 17:00 to 18:30. Arriving before 13:00 should give you enough time to travel to the hotel and prepare for the programme. On Day 4, we recommend booking a flight departing after 15:00. The Active Away Cup finishes at 10:30, followed by the presentation until 10:45, and hotel checkout is by 12:00.

No. Hyatt Regency Vilamoura Algarve is a family-friendly hotel, with facilities including a children's pool and a seasonal Kids Club. However, this padel holiday and our hosted group are specifically for adults. You can enjoy the social atmosphere of travelling and playing with other adult padel enthusiasts while still making full use of the wider resort facilities. The hotel has 257 fully renovated rooms and suites and is well placed for time by the pool, on the beach or around Vilamoura Marina between your programme sessions.

Breakfast is included each morning throughout your three-night stay at Brasa Coastal Steakhouse. Brasa serves breakfast from 07:00.

We've organised lunches at Brasa at 13:00 on Days 2 and 3. We've also selected group dinners at Brasa at 20:00, Sushi Mishi 2 at 20:00 and NoSolo Italia at Vilamoura Marina at 19:30.

Lunches, dinners and drinks are not included in your package, so you will pay locally for everything you order. Transport to off-site restaurants is also not included. We recommend using Uber, and you can share the journey and split the fare with other guests you meet on the holiday.

Brasa serves dinner from 18:00. Lume Lobby Lounge is open daily from 10:00 to 01:00, serving coffee, afternoon tea and cocktails. The seasonal Terrace Pool & Bar normally serves drinks, light bites and small plates from April to October, between 10:00 and 18:00. Seasonal opening and service times can change, so please check the current details during your stay.

Yes. We've selected group dinners at Brasa at 20:00, Sushi Mishi 2 at 20:00 and NoSolo Italia at Vilamoura Marina at 19:30. These organised dinners give you an easy way to relax and spend more time with your fellow players away from the courts.

The dinners and drinks are not included in your package, so you will pay locally for anything you order. Joining the group dinners is optional, and you are welcome to make your own plans if you prefer.

Vilamoura Marina also has a wide choice of independent restaurants and bars if you would like to explore before or after dinner.

The Louie Harris programme includes exactly 11 player programme hours across coaching, structured gameplay and the Active Away Cup. The sessions cover Art of the Approach, Masterglass, Net Ninjas vs Lob Lords, Attackers Advantage and the Importance of the First Three Shots. You will then put what you have worked on into practice during the Active Away Cup on your final morning. The programme is designed to make a four-day break feel purposeful and rewarding, combining clear coaching themes with opportunities to play points, test your decisions and enjoy competitive padel with the group.

The programme runs at a ratio of one coach to four players, with four players allocated to each court. We have four outdoor padel courts allocated for every confirmed programme session, allowing for a typical group of up to 16 players. All four courts sit within the hotel grounds, so getting from your room to the programme takes only moments.

Your playing level helps us place you with suitable players and pitch the coaching appropriately. No. Racket hire, equipment and extra court time are not included in your package. Please bring your own suitable padel racket and personal playing equipment. Hyatt advises that additional padel bookings are subject to availability, equipment is not included and a fee applies. If you would like to play outside the scheduled Louie Harris programme, ask the hotel about current court availability, charges and equipment options during your stay. We cannot guarantee extra court time in advance. Your confirmed programme sessions already provide 11 hours across coaching, structured gameplay and the Active Away Cup.

All four courts allocated to us for the confirmed programme sessions are outdoors. There is also no confirmed indoor wet-weather alternative. As with any outdoor sports holiday, the weather can affect play. Our team and venue will assess conditions and manage the programme as practically as possible, with safety taking priority. However, you should not assume that an indoor court, replacement session or identical alternative timetable will be available if rain or unsafe conditions interrupt play.

Hyatt Regency Vilamoura Algarve is close to Vilamoura Beach, making it easy to enjoy the Algarve coast around your padel sessions. Vilamoura Marina is also a short walk away and has a broad choice of independent restaurants and bars. This location gives you plenty of flexibility during your free time, whether you would prefer a walk by the sea, a relaxed lunch, drinks with other players or an evening exploring the marina. Lunches, dinners and drinks are paid for locally, so you can choose where and when you eat rather than being tied to a set dining plan.

Confirmed hotel facilities include an outdoor main pool, children's pool, fitness centre, free Wi-Fi, concierge, mini golf, petanque, beach volleyball and outdoor yoga. The Kids Club operates seasonally. Some facilities or activities may have their own opening times, availability rules or charges, so check the current details with the hotel.
