Welcome to Cyprus. If you have booked an Active Away airport transfer, a representative will meet you at Paphos Airport for the approximately 25-minute journey to Aphrodite Hills. If you are making your own way to the resort, share your expected arrival time in the participant WhatsApp group so your host knows when to welcome you.

Once you have checked into your room at the 5-star Aphrodite Hills Hotel, take some time to settle in, explore the resort and meet other guests as they arrive. Dinner is available under the hotel's all-inclusive arrangements, subject to your arrival time and the current restaurant service.

For late arrivals, food options are available at Fig & Olive until midnight. The hotel will also provide a cold plate in your room if you arrive after the main dinner service. You do not need to eat at the airport before travelling to Aphrodite Hills. Please share your expected arrival time with Active Away so the necessary arrangements can be made.

Across the week, you will enjoy 22.5 hours of the Jamie Murray tennis programme at a 1:6 coaching ratio. The session times shown are representative of the 2027 court bookings. Your host will confirm the exact schedule for your departure.

Your first full day begins with breakfast at Eleonas, followed by a welcome meeting with the Active Away team and your fellow players. We will introduce the coaching team, explain how the week works and make sure everyone is ready for the first session.

From 10:00 to 12:00, Rally Rhythm: The Green Zone takes place across four red-clay courts. This opening session helps you find your timing, movement and consistency after travelling, while allowing the coaches to see everyone play and balance the groups as closely as possible.

After lunch at Eleonas, there is time to relax by the pool or recharge in your room. Return to the show court for Warming Up to Win, a 30-minute masterclass scheduled at either 15:30 or 16:30 depending on your departure date. Your two-hour afternoon session follows at either 16:00 to 18:00 or 17:00 to 19:00. Find Your Rhythm uses four clay courts and two hard courts, combining coached doubles with plenty of opportunities to play different opponents.

Dinner is at Eleonas, giving everyone an easy and relaxed end to the first day.

After breakfast, meet your group on the clay courts from 10:00 to 12:00 for Spanish Drills: Train Like the Pros. Expect energetic, purposeful practice designed to improve movement, consistency and your ability to repeat effective patterns under pressure.

Lunch is available at Eleonas before a well-earned break. The afternoon starts with Mental Matchplay Mastery, a 30-minute show-court masterclass at either 15:30 or 16:30. The coaches will explore focus, resilience and the routines that help you respond positively between points.

The main afternoon block runs at either 16:00 to 18:00 or 17:00 to 19:00 across four clay and two hard courts. Serve and Return focuses on starting the point with greater clarity before Mind Over Match turns those ideas into coached point play and tactical doubles situations.

Tonight's included à la carte dinner is at Fig & Olive. Once you are in resort, you will choose your individual dishes through the Active Away pre-order page. Smart-casual clothing is appropriate, and your host will confirm any restaurant-specific guidance before the meal.

Tuesday begins on the show court with The Art of the Approach from 09:30 to 10:00. This masterclass looks at recognising the right ball, choosing an effective approach and moving forward with purpose.

From 10:00 to 12:00, Transition Triumph takes the theme onto four red-clay courts. You will connect your baseline game with confident movement towards the net, developing approach shots, positioning and the first volley.

After lunch at Eleonas and time away from the courts, the Active Away Continental Cup takes centre stage. Played at either 16:00 to 18:00 or 17:00 to 19:00 across four clay and two hard courts, Europe takes on the Rest of the World in a lively team competition. It is a sociable matchplay session with plenty of encouragement, different partners and chances to put the week's coaching into action.

Dinner is at Eleonas before Wednesday's day off.

Wednesday is your free day, giving you the freedom to make the holiday your own. Stay in resort and relax beside the pool, use the gym, sauna or steam rooms, or book a treatment at the Retreat Spa or a round of golf at PGA National Cyprus. Spa treatments, golf and some other activities are available at an additional charge and are subject to availability.

If you would like to explore, your host can share ideas for nearby Kouklia, Pissouri or Paphos. There is no need to join an organised excursion, and you are equally welcome to enjoy a slower day after three days of tennis.

There is no organised group dinner this evening, but your all-inclusive dining remains available if you stay in resort. It is also an opportunity to arrange your own evening plans before the group comes back together on Thursday.

If you would like a beach day, remember that Aphrodite Hills Hotel is not beachfront. Any beach visit requires separate travel and should be arranged independently. No beach transport, admission or facilities are included by Active Away unless specifically confirmed.

After breakfast, return to four red-clay courts from 10:00 to 12:00 for Doubles Disruption. This session explores positioning, movement and less predictable patterns that can take opponents out of their preferred rhythm.

Following lunch at Eleonas and some time to relax, meet at the show court for The Psychology of Doubles, scheduled at either 15:30 or 16:30. The coaches will demonstrate how communication, decision-making and purposeful disruption can help a partnership perform more effectively.

Your afternoon session, Disrupt and Dominate, runs at either 16:00 to 18:00 or 17:00 to 19:00 across four clay and two hard courts. You will apply the morning's ideas in competitive doubles situations, using variety and teamwork to create pressure.

Tonight's included à la carte dinner is at Pithari Tavern in the Village Square. You will choose your individual dishes once in resort using the Active Away pre-order page before enjoying a relaxed group evening of Cypriot cooking.

Your final tennis day brings the week together, beginning with Bullseye Battle from 09:00 to 11:00 on four clay courts. This accuracy-focused session encourages you to play with clearer targets, better margins and greater purpose.

From 11:00 to 13:00, the Active Away Tour Finals: The Legends Classic expands onto four clay and two hard courts. This friendly team competition gives you the chance to combine the technical, tactical and mental skills developed throughout the week. The emphasis is on enjoyable competition, different match-ups and finishing the programme on a high.

After lunch and time to recover, return to the show court for the coaches' exhibition at either 16:00 to 17:00 or 17:00 to 18:00. The presentation follows, celebrating the week's tennis, memorable moments and new friendships.

Your final included à la carte dinner is at Nusan. Choose your individual dishes once in resort through the Active Away pre-order page, then enjoy a sociable final evening with the group. Airport transfers are not included as standard. If you are arranging your own transport, follow the details on your confirmation and allow time appropriate to your flight. Paphos Airport is approximately 25 minutes from Aphrodite Hills in normal conditions, although traffic, routing and operating conditions vary.
